pretex® type 30 - weatherproof copy paper

pretex® is a impregnated special paper. It weighs 90 g / m² or 120 g / m². The resistant paper is equipped in such a way that it can be printed in black or color with laser printers, digital printing systems or copiers based on powder toner (dry toner). It can also be written on manually with many writing implements.

This paper cannot be printed on with printers based on liquid inks.

pretex® type 50 - highly resilient paper

pretex® type 50 is a very resilient, largely waterproof paper. The basis are selected cellulose and synthetic fibers (e.g. polyamide and polyester), which in combination with a Special impregnation be made particularly resistant. A special surface treatment makes this paper even more robust.

neobond® 60.200 - hard-wearing synthetic fiber paper

neobond® 60.200 is a very durable and very hard-wearing and hard-wearing synthetic fiber paper.

neobond® safe is a permanent and hard-wearing synthetic fiber paper with a hidden security feature.

neobond® hybrid - tear-resistant special paper

neobond® hybrid is a non-splittable, extremely tear-resistant special paper that combines the advantages of foils with the advantages of paper.

cuturon® - printable fleece material

cuturon® soft is a versatile nonwoven. This material is made from cellulose and synthetic fibers using the wet fleece method and impregnated. Due to the textile structure, the material is very flexible and also adapts to irregular and rounded surfaces.

cuturon® soft is used wherever there is high flexibility and textile feel arrives.

cuturon® soft has even when wet a high strength, it is abrasion-resistant, air and moisture permeable. The material can be washed and cleaned with conventional detergents. These details refer to unprinted material. The extent to which the printed material has the same properties depends on the printing process and the printing inks. We recommend doing your own tests.

cuturon® soft is physiologically harmless and free of substances that are harmful to the environment and health. Landfill or thermal recycling do not produce any environmentally harmful fission products.

cuturon® soft can be printed with many digital printers. Due to the textile structure, the material has to be guided very well during printing. Therefore, special care is required. We recommend extensive testing.

Due to the open-pored surface, the colored prints do not achieve a high level of brilliance.

vellus soft - textile-like printing material

vellus soft is a textile-like printing material for laser printers and copiers that can be used and processed like felt.

The material has a dense structure and feels like felt. It is largely tear-resistant and has a high tear strength and tear strength.

creativLASER dura - tear-resistant copy and laser paper

creativLASER dura 100 is a tear-resistant composite material. The composite consists of three layers: paper-foil-paper.

The material thus combines the advantages of paper and film.

The film in the composite ensures that it is tear-resistant and largely waterproof. The white paper surfaces make you feel as if you are holding normal paper. The surfaces are matt-satined and can be written on and / or printed like normal paper.

creativLASER dura 100 is used wherever documents could be stressed.

creativLASER dura 100 is made from paper and PP film. The plastic is considered biologically neutral. Small quantities can be disposed of with household waste. Larger quantities should be incinerated in accordance with official regulations. creativLASER dura 100 belongs to not in the waste paper.

The material can be printed with digital and offset printing and can also be labeled manually.

It is conditionally suitable for inkjet printers. We recommend printing on the paper with small amounts of ink. Restrictions in the water resistance of the print may have to be accepted.

Tyvek® - highly tear and waterproof HDPE fiber fleece

Tyvek® brings together some of the best properties of paper, film and fabric. It is a high-strength fiber fleece that is manufactured using a patented spinning process. Tyvek® is based on fibers made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Tyvek® is extremely tear-resistant and absolutely water-resistant. The typical properties of the material are not affected by moisture.

Tyvek® remains pliable down to a temperature of -75 ° C. It starts to shrink at approx. +115 ° C and melts at approx. 135 ° C. For this reason, the processing temperature should not exceed 80 ° C.

Tyvek® is only approved for selected printing processes and cannot be printed with normal laser printers.

It is suitable for printing systems based on HP Indigo technology, Xerox solid ink technology and offset printers.
