How is Florence Design Academy

The school

The Leonardo da Vinci Art Academy Florence
is an international school of Italian art and culture that has been organizing short and long-term courses in Florence for many years for art lovers from all over the world. Our studio, highly professional and architecturally fascinating, is located in the center of Florence, close to the Duomo and the most important museums and monuments of the city. The studio is structured according to the “open space” concept, which enables the course participants to form a real art community, to get to know one another and to communicate with one another, even if they are attending different courses. Course participants from all corners of the world learn the various techniques and develop their artistic skills and their aesthetic awareness in order to find their way in the wide world of the visual arts.

The school offers courses all year round, which beginners can also attend.
The courses differ inStandard courses (Corso base, 6 hours per week),Semi-intensive courses (10 hours per week) andIntensive courses (20 hours per week). The standard and semi-intensive courses are suitable for those who also attend other language or culture courses. The intensive course, on the other hand, is intended for those who are mainly interested in the arts. All art courses can be attended as individual lessons (one teacher + 1, 2 or 3 participants). The lessons are given in Italian or English.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the course. The courses start weekly.
