How can we think
It's all about the attitude: we are what we think!

I see something you don't see. What reality do our thoughts reflect? Is it the reality Do these even exist or is it individually influenced by the respective point of view? Which self-image determines one's own life is largely controlled by one's own thoughts. Because our thoughts are orders to our subconscious! What happens internally is expressed in demeanor, demeanor, action and reaction. Ultimately, our attitude determines success or failure in our lives - not only privately, but also in the laboratory.
Thoughts are free ... In times of political oppression, this song text expressed the longing for freedom and independence. At the same time, as an inner attitude, there was the bondage strength to rebel against it. This mechanism is much more banal and yet very similar when we want something special or when we find ourselves in an unusual situation. All of a sudden, a certain type of car appears everywhere - just because we ourselves are flirting with the acquisition of one. Pregnant women - and fathers-to-be - are increasingly seeing other pregnant women. Basically, this phenomenon is as simple as it is exciting: We have focused on something specific and are therefore becoming more aware of it. With this selective perception, only certain aspects of the environment (on which we are currently focusing) are recorded, while others are faded out. This is made possible by the mechanism of the human brain to recognize patterns. With constant updating, selective perception is an unconscious search for a certain pattern, which is in turn supported by one's own point of view.
These internal processes are like a currency that determine the value of our life. Let's imagine someone in a bazaar offers us an unknown exotic fruit. The star-shaped appearance amazes us as well as the purple bowl with green knobs and pointed spikes. We may wonder how it tastes and smells and what it feels like. Which internal processes are running now? Can our brain classify the fruit? No of course not. We don't know this fruit - besides, it doesn't even exist. It only shows one thing: Everything that we have seen, smelled, felt, tasted and heard in our entire life is stored in our subconscious like in a computer.
The subconscious stores everything
Whether we like it or not: Every experience and every experience is anchored in our subconscious. If an experience is missing, nothing can be assigned. However, our brain tries to construct every process and every image from other experiences and to classify them in this way. The following two situations should clarify this. First of all, let's imagine: someone is standing in front of us holding an imaginary golden yellow lemon, which he halves with a sharp knife. The scent of the lemon slowly rises into our nose. Now he divides the lemon into four pieces. He takes the pieces in his hand and brings them to his mouth. When you bite into it, the sour fruit juice runs along the corners of your mouth ... And, did you taste and smell the lemon? Did your mouth water at the introduction? Next, let's assume that we are sitting comfortably on the sofa at home with our partner. While we are talking, music plays in the background. Suddenly the common favorite song sounds. You hear it right now and remember the romantic hours that went with it. You feel that special feeling again that you both had and you say to your partner: "Do you remember ..." and suddenly you can feel exactly what you felt back then, right?
The thoughts are not free ?!
What is the difference between these two images? The difference is that the lemon was not real at the moment, but imaginary. The lemon didn't exist. The romantic music, on the other hand, was real at that very moment. And yet you could imagine both, were in your world of images. Conclusion: Our subconscious cannot distinguish between reality and illusion. This means that every thought we have is real to our subconscious. So it pays to be careful with what we think because our subconscious makes no difference whether it is reality or not. Because we are what we think, our attitudes have a huge impact on our lives. Seen in this way, success is to a large extent a matter of opinion.
Positive food for the subconscious
Thoughts are orders to our subconscious and every thought has a tendency to become reality. Precisely because our subconscious takes everything so seriously, we should above all offer it positive files. Even if something goes wrong, we can speak to ourselves mentally. If there is an encouragement such as “It will definitely work next time” ready for comparison, signals that are different from “I can't do it!” Are emitted. The whole thing works like an imaginary bank account: If we say something good to ourselves and think in positive terms, the credit increases as with a deposit, while negative ideas resemble a withdrawal that diminishes the capital. Life is easier with a well-filled bank account. A subconscious fed with positive information has a similar effect. Numerous scientific studies have long since shown how much power our thoughts have over us.
Become aware and mindful
It is positive that we can definitely influence this unconscious control of our life. Each of us lives in our own world, and this world is our reality. No matter what someone believes, he or she is always right. Because it is always the individual point of view from which we look at things. Sometimes we are so strongly shaped and trapped by our experiences and experiences that we stand in our own way. We can counter this by questioning our previous assumptions. Because all of our actions are based on assumptions. Actions and results are intertwined. Our assumptions are based on our own or learned experiences. If these are not questioned, they are cemented in the long term. However, the attitude to life is not a mathematical formula, but a process that everyone can influence themselves. Is what I think of myself still valid? Is it changeable?
What we believe is reality
By questioning our internalized beliefs, we can change our positive attitudes. Viewed from a different perspective, new beneficial beliefs can gradually be consolidated, which replace the old restrictive ones. "I trust in our team / my partner / my family!" Relaxes, while "Nothing works without me!" Restricts and creates stress. Beneficial beliefs open a choice and are beneficial and liberating. Effects can be felt in all areas of life, professionally as well as privately. The cornerstone of success also lies in the positive basic attitude in dealing with things and, above all, with people. Or, again figuratively speaking: Compared to a table, the table top forms our own attitude and each table leg is an affirmation from the outside that strengthens the faith. The more table legs support an opinion, the more firmly the belief system sits. And the more positive our basic mood, the stronger we represent our own personal opinion, the less stands in the way of success. Incidentally, this is not a new finding. The famous Goethe put it: "All righteous and wise thoughts have already been thought thousands of times, but in order to really make them our own, we have to think them honestly again and again until they take root in our personal expression."
