Free real estate exchange for franchise systems

The German Franchise Association (DFV) now offers a professional commercial real estate exchange on its website. Together with the cooperation partner ’ImmoblienScout24’, a professional search portal was set up on the association's website.

"The continuously growing franchise economy is constantly looking for suitable commercial properties across Germany," said Torben L. Brodersen, DFV Managing Director. "With the new service, franchisees from all sectors can quickly find the right commercial property."

With the new real estate exchange, DFV and Immoblienscout24 enable all interested parties to search for free and targeted. Whether a shop in Hameln, office space in Erfurt or a new location for a bar in Kiel, simply enter the desired property and the search can be started.

The new service is not only available to association members, but to all interested parties who use the association's website. Because the demand for the right commercial property is growing, according to Brodersen, as many franchise systems continue to expand.

As the leading German real estate portal, ’Immoblienescout24’ has a wide range of almost nationwide commercial properties. As the first address for all questions about franchising, the association registers more than 60,000 visitors per month on its website. Including many franchisors and entrepreneurs who want to expand as franchisors. Most of the visitors are of course also interested in franchisees.
