1) Holders of national passports of countries that do not require a visa to enter Germany (indication: “No”) are generally not allowed to stay in the federal territory for more than 90 days per half-year without a visa. In addition, they are not allowed to take up gainful employment during this period.

9) The visa waiver only applies to holders of Taiwan-issued passports that contain an identity card number.
