AW: Are the examination material legally binding?

Hi,

He is referring to some sort of paragraph in the inland or state fisheries regulation that deals with illegal fishing equipment and methods such as fish traps, eelhamen, eel stinging, etc. Anyone who uses such prohibited methods to fish is considered a "fish poacher", regardless of whether they have a fishing license and a water permit or not.

The same law or ordinance also states that if someone is found fishing for blacks and the equipment used for fishing is to be retracted.

I hope I have reproduced this correctly, it was a few years ago that I had to do with it.

Kind regards
Eel tipper

prohibited means of fishing are defined in the fishing law or in the fishing regulations.
the artificial bait in general is not a forbidden means of catching. its use is only temporarily not allowed in munich water regulations. but according to your statements this is not the case with you either.
Your supervisors should find out exactly what they are allowed to do and what not.
if they get on the right track, they'll turn the tables and your overseers will have to check it out.
if you have no artificial bait ban in the predatory fish season, you can also fish with it.
Of course, it should be natural not to fish specifically for pike and zander with the appropriate bait during this time.
So with small spinners on perch or your example with the dewworm should not be a problem (yes, I know a pike also takes a small spinner.)

Hi ,

I think I'll still adhere to the ban on artificial baits.

And for several reasons.

First of all, I cannot and will not afford to be without my device for a long time. I don't have second equipment! Because in the event of a control, the controller will call the police. This, in turn, will believe the controller due to a lack of specialist knowledge and possibly also the exact legal wording. (Is after all a dignitary and in the broadest sense active in the public service.) With the result that I have to give up my bone. Further procedure as described follows!

Here in S-H (due to the overloading of the courts) it takes 1 year for the judicial review!

Even after a judicial review with subsequent acquittal and recovery of the things, you will be referred to the association at the slightest cause. (After all, you had to stink everywhere against #t.)

3. The reputation as an angler will be ruined, at least around here. You are hardly ever accepted into other clubs. After all, you're one of the cross-runners!

So I just have to duck until a lot has changed in the way the board members think.

Kind regards

I would voluntarily resign from such an association.
Conditions prevail with you, it is time that you change something.

Long live the responsible citizen and civil courage!

Sorry, but get buried

The fishing supervisor, who tries to take my tackle away from me on such an occasion, has a complaint about coercion and theft on his neck 5 minutes later! I would also be the one who would choose 110.

In the case of such acts (criminal offenses), it would also be difficult for him to find police officers who would give him support, because they would have an administrative complaint on their necks, in addition to the charge of aiding and abetting the theft. How quickly do you think it gets around in the country? And the fishing press would ensure that such behavior would be known nationwide.
Ullis Tackle Axiom: The longer a topic is covered in a fishing forum, the greater the likelihood that someone will recommend their Red / Blue / Black / Gold / Zalt Arc, whether it fits or not.
