What do I have to bring to the public training course?

Is there a specific dress code for attending?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing so that you are comfortable. However, we kindly ask you not to wear inappropriate T-shirts or cut off jeans.
When do classes start and how long do they last?
The course start time can be found in the confirmation email for your course. Informatica Education Centers typically open at 8:30 AM every day, and classes typically start at 9:00 AM. What does on-site training mean?
On-site training courses are private, instructor-led courses that are carried out live at your location or virtually so that the content can also be shared with team members at different locations. When do I have to pay for the public course?
For public courses, payment must be received by Informatica University no later than three business days prior to the first lesson in order for you to attend the course. Training participants receive an access key for the purchased training units from the responsible credit manager when registering online. During the registration process, the participant will be asked to select the payment method. Select Training Units and enter the passkey in the field provided.
Is there sales tax on Informatica University courses?
There is no sales tax on training fees in the United States. However, it is possible that sales tax will apply in other countries. It is the customer's responsibility to find out whether sales tax has to be paid and to meet the legal requirements. What are subscription fees?
Informatica University now offers a scalable and effective way of training across our product portfolio. With our onDemand offers, you can access web-based content at any time on any topic we offer and train your skills with our onDemand exercises. There are subscription fees for individual users. The named users have access to all of our onDemand content for one year as well as a generous number of practice hours in our onDemand practice environment. You will also receive electronic copies of all exercise manuals to make it easier for you to take the courses.
What is the early bird discount?
Informatica University rewards you for early planning with the early bird discount. Sign up for your next course and pay at least 30 calendar days in advance for a 5% discount off list price. The early bird discount applies to all instructor-led public training courses or the Informatica Virtual Academy (IVA) format. What is the Informatica University cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests or date changes must be received by Informatica University at least ten business days prior to the event for a full refund to be made. If a cancellation or a request for a date change is received less than ten working days before the start of the course, 100% of the costs will be charged. No reimbursement can then be made. No fees will be reimbursed if you fail to attend our public training courses or IVA courses. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Cancellation requests for Informatica University onDemand offers
Due to the nature of the Informatica University onDemand product and the way course information is provided to attendees, refunds are not available for onDemand purchases. Another user is prohibited from using onDemand products, and Informatica University does not permit the transfer of an account to another participant.
What happens if Informatica cancels or reschedules a course?
Informatica reserves the right to cancel events at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation by Informatica, Company is solely responsible for reimbursing payments for training. Informatica will not reimburse attendees for any other cost, such as travel cancellation fees, or flight and hotel fees. NOTE: If your registration status is "Approved" or "Pending Payment", you have not yet been admitted to participate. Will I be notified if a course is postponed?
Informatica University reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training if there are not enough students enrolled or due to other circumstances. Informatica University will notify you of such changes by either email or phone. You can then either attend the training at another time or get your money back. If a training course is postponed or canceled, Informatica University is not eligible for reimbursement of other costs, such as B. Travel expenses.
